BluGen - the Blumeria Sequencing Project

We have just completed upgrading our Gbrowse server to version 1.69.

This version includes considerable improvements in the user-interface, mainly in the way in which the user can navigate around the genome assembly. Left-clicking and dragging (in either the overview or details pane) will highlight a region that the user can zoom into or use to recentre the display. In addition, the details tracks (e.g. protein matches, ESTs) can now be ordered as the user wishes. Enable 'Draggable tracks' in Display Settings to use this feature.
